We have never believed in pat solutions for everyone. What would be easier than taking all 38 Bach flower essences and cure everything at once. Healing simply does not work this way. Flower essence therapy always combines the essences, that serve the individual best.

On the other hand we all know that Rescue has been successfully used in decades, so what should keep us from doing some research?

We once started with an emergency combination Blütenhilfe (Help of Flowers), which has become part of our Birth Essences set, a requirement of the midwives involved in our research work. Every now and then we added a new one, always searching for easier solutions. The ones below are the result of 17 years or flower essence research. We consider them to be whole new energies, not just the sum of the added essences. They shall help you and us to get full access to our inner forces and ressources at any time in life. And beyond that some of them are really enjoyable... try the bath combinations!.

Blütenhilfe - Help of Flowers
A wonderful emergency combination for pregnant women, mothers and babies and of course for midwives, husbands and lovers. Contains Pear, Star of Bethlehem, Rosemary, Willowrose and White Yarrow.

Apfel-Trio - Apple-Trio:
Brings energy and vitality, strengthens the immune system and enhances the body consciousness. Very good for recovery and when experiencing long lasting stress. Contains Apple, Crab Apple and Wild Apple.

Frühlingsgefühle - Feel like Springtime:
Combination of Full Moon in Spring, Bougainvillea, Saint John's Wort, Cherry and Snowdrop. Opens your heart, brings courage and spirit of adventuere, spontaneity and enthusiasm, intuition and playfulness. Ideal for stages of mourning or when one has no partner and no loving relationship.

Herz-Bad - Heart Bath:
Flower essence combination for the bath made with Wild Rose , Poppy, Quince, Rosmary and Walnut. Everything your heart desires. A comforting, enrgizing and preventive kind of heart massage, a loving gift for yourself, a thank you for the heart.

Impfschutz-Kombi - Vaccination Protection Combination:
There are enough reasons to avoid vaccinations. If you have to get the injections yet, you can protect yourself energetically by taking VaxEx. Start three days before the vaccination and go on taking it for one week. Contains Maple Bud, Star of Bethlehem, Bistort, White Yarrow, Amble Willowrose.

Karma-Kombi:
Karma is a kind of teacher for us. However Karma also tries to teach us lessons we do not like and prefer to ignore or do not even notice at all. If we do not learn these lessons, we have to repeat them. That means liefe presents us exactly the lessons again and again we try hardest to avoid. Karma-Combi helps us to face whatever challenges us, dive into the depths of our lives and solve the issues that keep us stuck: Wood Anemone, Phacelia, Forget-Me-Not und Wiesenschaumkraut.

Kastanien-Trio - Chestnut Trio:
Chestnut essences all have one thing in common: they serve us when we get stuck, alwas repeat the same pattern and thought without any measurable results. They get us out of the stuck state, when one feel incapable, hopeless and unable to find the way out. A combination of Chestnut Bud , Red Chestnut and White Chestnut.

Mohn-Trio - Poppy Trio:
Combination of Golden Poppy , Poppy and Red Poppy . Brings you back to your heart centre, balances inner and outer world, heart and mind, past and future.

Motivation-Kombi - Motivation Accelerator:
Enhances our motivation, the ingredients make us enjoy problem solving instead of running away from them. Imagine a difficult situation and challenge had the same impact on us as going to the cinema. Would we still be fighting internally whether to face avoid it? The essences are: Apple, Cherry, Little Orchid und Magnolia.

Narben-Kombi - Scar-Combi:
Clears energetic blockages caused by scars and other influences. For local application: massage the scar a couple of times for 3 - 5 minutes. Contains the essences of Bistort, Fireweed, Maple Bud and Star of Bethlehem.

Nessel-Trio - Nettle-Trio:
Combination for interanal orientation and alignment. Red Dead-Nettle helps us to bring our personal relationships in order, White Dead-Nettle does the same on the social and Yellow Archangel on the spiritual level .

Schafgarben-Trio - Yarrow Trio:
This is a wonderful protection combination, since the different Yarrows all serve different aspects of protection from any kind of attack, be is physical, mental orenergetical. Contains Pink Yarrow , Sumpfschafgarbe and White Yarrow.

Traum-Bad - Dream Bath:
Give some drops of this combination into your bath and enjoy total relaxation. Feel how thoughts and tension are drawn out of you into the water and watch your dreams. Combination of Mugwort, Saint John's Wort, Dandelion, White Chetsnut and Sagebrush.

Weiden-Trio - Willow Trio:
Combination of Willow, Crackwillow and Great Sallow - transforms anger, stubborness and judgemental attitude into mental and spiritual flexibility, creativity and ability to face and stand conflicts. Makes an end to senseless anger and energy waste.

Zukunftsreise - The Vision :
There are times in life when our goal has been lost. Perhaps we have reached our main goal, perhaps we are so involved in our everday life that we lost our perspective. Or we cannot find any meaning in life. What is it worth living for? At such point of frustration and desorientation we can meditate and ask our higher self for guidance. The Vision is a combination of Red Poppy, Elder and Underworldriver. These essences help us to take a look at the future and find our original or new goals in life that make living worthwhile.
